ooh yeah hey thanks (trucker) for the cruise and the pictures i read past post you contributed to were we were going to have this cruise

 

It seemed like every one i asked was @220 or above one guy said he was @ 240 with the ac on!!!!

 

I dint make the cruise but on the way back on the 405 w/ traffic I was running around 200-220.

 

yea i was around 220 with ac on the way back to long beach

 

yeah the dude with the LS1 was running the same fans i'm using and he said he was @ 190 all day long (flex-a-lite 220 puller)

 

170 cruising
210-220 cayons

 

was doing 220 on the free way doing 80-85.. hit the streets and jumpd down to 200

 

I was running 220 to 240 on the cruse with the a/c on but i had air in the system from my 11:00 am radiator swap on the way home through the central Vally after i got the air out i was running 195 on i5 with the a/c on.

We will definitely be doing it again in the fall when it’s much cooler and just before there’s snow on the ground. Maybe you can bring some of those Nor Cal 3rd gens with you

 

I was running 170-180 with both fans on and no A/C and I’m here to tell you it was hotter than the dubs on Vince’s Suburban other than that, the car performed wonderfully.

i am sad.. my front chin spoiler got its paint scratched off going into the taco bell drive way... ): not only did the paint scratched off.. the paint began to crack.. but its only the front chin and its easy fix...

that's exactly what i was running, when we started heading towards palmdale i was reaching the higher temps but all was good. That was the most miles and longest cruise I have ever taken my car on due to the fact I was always scared of it breaking down haha.

 

My Suburban stayed around 185-195 with the A/C on the entire trip. When I had gotten back home to Riverside Ca, I still had between 1/2-3/4 tank of fuel left.

 

You should of got some of valentin's special springs

 

true fact about Valentines springs.. he drag races backwards! -pops in reverse- it also does reverse wheelies!! HAHAHA yae it sucks but ima fix it 2morrow morning.. not major

 

At least the good thing about my springs Alex is that i wont hit my front spoiler anymore

Trust me I do too. Every time I hear the front spoiler and the air dam scrape my heart stops. It's the worst feeling.

 

you should see yesterday i went to Tonys house and he was inside my car we drove into his driveway and heard a mean a** scrapping and he though that i hit my front spoiler, but to my surprise i didnt
we both checked out the front spoiler and there was nothing no sign of damage, nada

 

for the people who saw my car you might have noticed it had a "bra" on its because the a#$holes where i live cant park if their life depended on it! They keep backing into the nose of my car chipping the paint and ive touched it up more than 4 times i just gave up and put a "bra" on it. so i can understand why everyone hates scrapes

 

When are we gonna meet up bro? I should be pulling the motor at the hobby shop this weekend, could use an extra hand lol

Sorry for the hard time, Valentine. My front valance cracked to all hell. I have to find special ramp, or lift equipped shops to do my alignments. I was planning on buying a new one, but i know I'll just scrape the feces out of it again.

Yeah I know you told me about how hard it is to do alignment on ur car since it sits low...
For me it is a real problem to get the jack under my friend Tony (LBRS) camaro since it sits low, but as for me no problem at all.... I can even go under my car without even lifting it, that's why it is easy for me to work on my car, even to open the exhaust cut out I don't even suffer at all...
But I was install my new ground effects and I found out that my car will sit low even with the front end lift, now I image how low would it be if I lower it... damm I guess I will stay like that with my car lifted up from the front..
I was thinking about going with air bags, but I heard that the ride would feel rough, so I am still unsure about that...
I am still trying to fix my check engine light that came on, and it is been a real pain in the......
well u get the pic, and also hopefully I can install my new headers, and other things on my car to help it out...
