“The city is having its Summerfest activity the same weekend,” said car show organizer Pete Haak, who owns the Totally Hot 1930 Model A above. “It’s free for spectators.”

The show is open to all pre-1985 vehicles and expects to draw hundreds of classic and antique racecars. Dozens of vendors are also expected to take part, and are setting up as I write this. Click HERE for more info.

The car show portion will feature up to 200 pre-1975 cars, trucks and bikes. Registration to show your ride is $35 and includes admission to the festival. The show, part of the La Habra Valley Community Fair, is open to all makes and models. About 120 cars have been registered so far, and you can still bring your car on the day of the event. Vehicles will start lining up around 7:30 a.m., and the fee is $25 to show your ride. Spectators get in for just $1 . If you have questions or need more info, call Mark at 562-631-6349. Expect to see plenty of Chevelles and Caminos from a local club, plus customs, hot-rods, muscle cars and foreign cars. You can register your car for $40 at the show, with staging beginning at 7 a.m. Find more info at the Southern California Chevelle Camino Club website.

Re: Orange county car shows June 12 & 13

The San Clemente show seems interesting because I have probably seen 80% of the cars here in the northern Orange county area at one time or another at various shows. Plus there is some really nice shops down there on Delmar ave.
