Re: Paint Stripper

Or AutoZone, Advance Auto, Napa... Pretty much every large (chain) auto parts store... And yes - the Aircraft Stripper is your best bet! Just be sure to rinse/clean it off after...

Re: Paint Stripper

There are a few places that sell paint and other materials that you need to paint a car. Here in wilmington, ca I know a place that sell everything you need to paint a car or prepare a car for paint.
If you like the info of the place let me know I will give it you so you can call them

Re: Paint Stripper

One thing to remember, in So Cal we cannot buy good primer or paint.
If you are doing small parts there is a self etching primer in rattle cans.

If you are taking a big part or whole car that you intend to spray with a gun then I have no idea where you can get the primer you need. You might try a auto paint supplier in San Diego or Vegas.

Re: Paint Stripper

You might try to find a place the does media blasting. Trying to strip a whole beetle is going to be time consuming and expensive with paint stripper.
