I would be more concerned with who has the best quality. Phoenix Graphics has the correct Die cut Decals and stripes. They may cost a little more but the quality is the best I've found.

Check ebay every once in awhile. Last iroc i had i was able to find genuine gm IROC decals. I wouldnt really trust the other ones that are on ebay though.
