Wow!
You now have a one of none car!
Looks pretty stock to me!
Well, except for the engine stuff, Ha!
Guess you won't be taking that car to Vegas or the River, huh?

George

I've seen two other TTA's with the AC delete box in, so I guess its
a one of three
My car barely sees the light of day anyway, plus If I need AC I'll just open both windows and kick in the turbo.

My mistake on the 1 of 1!
Are any the hardtops?
I don't think you could do the windows down thing here yesterday.
Close to 100 degrees, and thunderstorms!
Still though, I don't drive mine with the AC on, I like the windows down at speed too!
Looks good though.
Did you do the P.O.C.I. thing this weekend?

Kevin and I went and one thing was for sure.....it WAS damn HOT.
No good for racing that is for sure.
It was nice to see all the neat Poncho stuff
Not being a Pontiac lover or anything like that LOL!!

Just to make you feel good George, I looked at everything twice Ha Ha

Yeah George, where were you? I had no one to pick on about getting a hair cut.

I did the drag thing, made 2 runs.
Then the POCI show on Sat.
Ontario and Fontana in July, very hot 100+.

The points judged cars were inside, that was nice. They did that last year at the Natl. Sounds like something POCI needs to consider in the future.
GM had a 85 GP 2.2 without the firebird rear window but with the 2+2 front which is what I wanted to do but couldnt get the parts. It had some interesting rims too. I think it was too close to the Monte SS and Chevy pulled rank.

Oh man,
I missed out big time! I didn't get to go.
I took a job painting a house for a neighbor, to get money to rent a big truck (mine is still full), and a trailer, to tow the 20th TTA, and the guy tells me that he can't pay me for a month or so!
Then, Thursday, he tells me that he didn't want me to go anyway, that I would just spend the money! Gee, just what I need! Another dad!
I didn't feel like driving the car out there, and I was going to sell some parts.
Oh well, I'll just have to start checking on how people pay around here before I ever start another job like that one! And, take the job months in advance.
So, I guess when he does pay me, I'll just spent it all on ebay! Or, better yet, maybe a Barrett 50 cal! Nothing beats walking into a gun store out here, and seeing that monster sitting on the counter!
Oh, by the way, what's a haircut?
I have seen some 2+2 front ends on ebay before, but there were big $$$$.
Hey Don, did you fall into any hoods with Ram Air IVs in them?
You didn't droul on them, did you?

Wish I could have gone,

George

No I didn't, but I did see Tom's twin...sort of
It was a Ponti Carlo, about an '85 or '86.
(genuine Pontiac Power)

The Ponte Carlo use to be Jim Wangers personal car.
I believe he sold it, not sure.

The Ponti-Carlo is now the Ponti-Action or something like that. Same car still in Wangers corral.

They had 62 that Wangers used to drag race himself.
----------
Buy the 50 cal and wear it when doing proposals.

Require 10-20% up front and rest on day of completion, be sure to remind them a day or two before you are ready to finish.
