Thats actually the route I am deciding to go with this 3.5L 60*V6 I am building. I think my options for a full time streetable motor with practicallity would be to go to a supercharger. Then I can merely unbolt it for smog inspections and retain I milder engine build witha more docile cam and compression. The SC will give it an 80hp boost and I can build the 3.5 smog legal to about 220 hp N/A or a combined total of 300hp. That'll give the car a decent uhmp and yet run on pumpgas (Calif is going to 90oct real soon rumor has it)
