front end rebuild?

I noticed my front right tire was wearing unevenly, so I took my car and had the just tires guys stick it on the lift. Apparently the front suspension is pretty beat, and I need to replace it before I can even align it. So I guess I need ball joints, center links, tie rods... everthing. I remember Lon looking under there last year and saying I should replace it all then, and I still haven't

Does anyone know of a good kit? Or would it be better to get the parts separately somewhere? I'm just looking around right now..as I don't think I'm going to be able to afford it yet. I remember seeing something by Moog for like $460, is everything that expensive?

I got my front end kit from PST(Performance Suspension Technology) and if I recall correctly it was only $150 but I just got there catalog today and it says $159 for the Performance Poloygraphite kit I got(and no it doesnt sqeak like everyone says)
Pretty good kit although a few months after I got it on, we took it to be alligned and the guy said the new idler arm was bad(it was!) so told PST and they sent a replacement...

check out there website for more info...

Shoulda gone with PSC. Plus no TRW parts (most made in Taiwan). PSC is in Arizona, check it out at www.performancesuspension.com

Thanks guys and girls

The first site does show $159, and I think the second one was $279. The second one seems more complete, though. Still, I wonder how complete they are? The second includes the idler arm, but what about the pitman arm and center link? Are they not as prone to wear or something? I know I'll need some special tools to remove the tie rods/pitman arm, any other heads ups? Are these kits ready-to-go, or will I need more?

Seeing the $159 made me think, "hey, maybe I can afford this." I guess we'll see. Thanks again. Any further comments would be great as well.

Go w/ the PSC kit, the only thing the kit did not include was the centerlink which I just purchased from them separately for $65.

Center links rarely go bad. Unless it was wrecked in the front I would say the center link is ok.

I second the PSC kit. It's good stuff!!
