What's that sound?

When I have accelerated recently I can hear a sort of creaking sound coming from the front, and actually feel it under my feet. I figure it's got to be something with the suspension. Seems like my car has been making more noises to show it's age lately. Any ideas? The sound/feeling is more intense if I'm driving uphill or on a bumpy road. You busy this week, Don?

The creaking sound is still there, but only while accelerating now. It stopped doing it when I brake. It must be that exhaust flange. Maybe it's bent the other way now? The exhaust leak seems to have gone away, though. Thanks Don!
