Just bought a 1988 Camaro
Just bought a 1988 Camaro for $500! It needs a fuel pump but its still a great buy haha I'm not really sure what I'm going to do to after I replace the fuel pump, but I'm open to any suggestions. I'd also love to see some pictures of other project Camaros.

Normally, the first thing to do is check it for rust. Then find the leaks and patch them.
I notice that the average annual rainfall in Yuma is only three inches.
I'm figuring you don't even get dew in Yuma.
As such, you might not notice leaks that would otherwise be real geysers in places where it actually rains.
While you have the fuel pump out, you'll have access to the various rubber lines (vacuum and return) that attach to the tank. Good time to replace them. I'm sure you at least have dry-rot in Yuma.

Yeah I had already planned on replacing some of the hoses. And yes we hardly ever get rain down here. I'll check for any rust when I get home, what are somethings that can fill the rust spots if there are any?
