Tucsonan with an OBD1 scanner
Just wondering if there is anyone on here who has a OBD1 scanner that reads live data who wouldn't mind hooking it up to my Trans AM. I am having so many issues with it and has checked just about everything . However, I have no ses light and come up with no codes. Of course, I would be willing to pay, you would not need to perform any repairs I just need the readings of everything. Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!
Oh, and I can come to you!

Well I'm pretty sure we got it all figured out as of now, thinking a new fuel pump, better wires and plugs, and a new clutch and she should be set! LOL Easier said then done! Hopefully my family loves me enough to buy me car parts for Christmas! LOL! DO you know of a place in Tucson that does tuning?

Re: Tucsonan with an OBD1 scanner
It's easier to do it yourself. Most places around here won't touch OBD-1 tuning, or if they will, they make absolutely no guarantees. Go check out the DIY-Prom board. You only need about $80 of stuff to burn your own chips.

Would you still be able to hook my car up to your pc? I am not getting any codes, however I am still troubled with a hesitation. Very frustrating! Anyway, if so, please let me know when you are available and how much! Thanks!

Re: Tucsonan with an OBD1 scanner
If I was you I'd download this few programs and do some reading on tuning yourself. Not to hard to learn , etc..
http://www.tunerpro.net/downloadApp.htm
and the deff. files you need here also
http://www.tunerpro.net/downloadBinDefs.htm

You can monitor almost everything needed. You can datalog , etc....
You will need this cable( i prefer all craigs stuff vs others out there) Or find a cheaper one just search the net for obd1 aldl cable.

Finally got her running beautifully! I ended up having 3 clogged injectors! Go figure! But, was easily taken care of by Julie at South Bay, had em in the mail and delivered in no time!

Re: Tucsonan with an OBD1 scanner
When we pulled them off the back 3 on the passenger side were def clogged, all the way through, you could see it! And one of those three actually wouldn't hold any pressure, just let all the gas leak out! It's a huge difference now, I was surprised at the significant change. Thanks for all your help again, did you ever get that program figured out?
