92 GTA Not starting

92 GTA, 5.0 TPI 5 speed isn't starting. Sounds like the fuel pump is working. Car just cranks and doesn't start. Any ideas?

Did you check for spark? Fuel pressure? Any codes? Could be one of many things. Time to do some basic checks and use a process of elimination.

Checked spark. Couldn't check fuel pressure beyond listening for the pump. No codes.

What's a good way to check fuel pressure?

I got it running. I noticed that at one time it had an alarm on it. I couldn't find the alarm box, but I disconnected the battery for 10 minutes, plugged it back in, and it started up. I don't know if it really was an alarm issue, or if the ECM is shot.
