Since hes too much of a slacker to start one ill give him a bump

Heres a pic of the car, for those who dont know the history of it, he picked it up off another member here; Ryan (92whitez28) last week for a good price

Its very clean, good set of louvers on the rear, nice paint, mint interior with a sub box to boot lol

Chris is helpin out with a rebuild, tomorrow were gonna limp it out to my place and pull the motor so we can get it off to him ASAP, rings are blown pretty much, blowin oil out the dipstick but it was still a steal IMO

I will get to work on the engine as soon as I can. Definately want to see that one on the road again! (that's why I'm working out the deal with payments) More interested in having another person in our group. We are going to make this thing very reliable and fun to drive again!

im at 67 avenue and bell but im in peoria,az not illinois. and no we didnt get the motor out yet cause andy keeps leaving me alone n idk what the hell to do. ha i could tear the motor out no problem but i wouldnt know how to put it back together!

alright chris no rush, hes workin with my dad cleaning new construction houses for the $ should have some on friday so we'll keep you posted

as far as the engine bay goes were cleanin that thing up, im getting a ton of degreaser and goin at it, probly gonna paint it while we have the motor out too hes a big fan of black so thats probly gonna be it, i think itll look pretty tight being charcoal gray with a black bay

little picture session. for the record standing on the motor while pulling it is a highly professional level of engine removal lol


i nearly lost my hand at this point, it was hung up on the tranny so i swung it forward a little and didnt stop to think "hey maybe thats gonna swing right back to where im resting

Your hands are important and crushing one really hurts! (Trust me I know) LOL As far as professionals standing on the motor... Well every mechanic I have seen do that has a special pair of high-heels he uses for "Motor dancing" LOL

Oh and BTW. GM uses black on their engine bays now anyways, so it'll look pretty cool. Make sure to use a semigloss.

Chris got it torn down, 6 out of 8 top rings shot, 1 out of 8 lower rings fried

Turning the crank should be about$65 do im gonna front brenamin the $ on wed when i get paid
