NEw Thirdgn gen in Fountain Hills and he needs some help
A buddy of mine showed up to my house today with his new 3rd gen, red 90 RS 305 tbi, as he rolled up i thought to myself oh damn his looks better..... then i saw his fender and driver side bumper cover. totally messed up. Anyone have an extra driver side fender he can buy? He has little to no money right now because hes trying to get into the MCSO academy and he's down on income just trying to get this thing together but i figured if we try we can: 1. Help a guy out and 2. Save a third gen from hitting the junkyards. He bought it off of a guy in AJ if that helps and this is a nightmare. I havent seen so many place for wire fires in my life. It has a bolt with ring connectors going from his battery to the starter and god knows where else. If anybody wants to come and help us out sometime i have vauge wiring knowledge but enough to restore it to what it should look like. Im really confused by his dash lights though because the pink/black wire shown in the diagram is cut and spliced into a blue wire........... so i guess my job is gonna be restore the wiring lol.
Hes looking for a few parts like the
Driver side A pillar(hard top)
Driver side fender
Front bumper cover
New cluster because his tach and lights arent working (i think its wiring)
New under steering collum cover
If you have any for sale at a good price, or know of any for a good price let me know, i'd love to see this beast back in top shape so i can pit mine against his lol plus its just one more of us back on the road

If you go to Pick-a-Part in Chandler and find a car that possibly just got there with the same fuel system, you could use that harness. It would actually be a lot easier and cheaper than trying to fix the one he's got. Ryan (White92Z28) got an IROC for $400 that had a lot of cut and messed up wires. I was able to fix it for him, but he's still getting it back in the car. Best bet is to get a decent harness from a donor car and go from there. I may be going there tomorrow or Sunday to get an evaporator for the bird's A/C. Will let you know what I find.

Yeah, that pick a part does have some really good "weekend managers specials" I dont remember the number and they will put u on hold a lot, but if u call they will tell u if they have the part or car u are looking for.
