Low Oil Pressure

Hey guys...Just got my puter back not to to long ago..Been a while..
Anyways....I now have a 1989 GTA 5.7ltr..with the 700r4 of course...Well about 3 weeks ago my girlfriend had the oil changed on it cuz I was out of town...Looks like to took it to one of those jiffy lubes...Well the problem is this...I get great oil pressure when its cool but soon as the engine warms up my pressure goes to ****...like almost nothing at idle...Is this the cause of the oil breaking down? Its the only thing I can think of..My Dad always warned me about penzoil....If you all think this is the problem I will go out and get tthe oil changed right away...I normally use Castrol or Valvoline..
Thanks

it's possible they used a light grade oil.

I usually use Castrol 20W50 in the summer time
