Marietta Mechanic who knows is way around a 3rd Gen
Is there a mechanic in the Marietta/Roswell (East Cobb) area who knows his way around a Third Gen? Old AC system, heater core, tune. That's all I need.

I use the Goodyear shop at the corner of Johnson Ferry and Roswell rd in Sandy Springs. John (at the front desk) is a thrid gen guy. If you go there, tell him JQ send you.

Checkered Flag, up near Encore Amphitheater. I work in Auto in the area so if you need anything specific let me know and I can steer you in the right direction. Most of your stuff looks pretty straight forward though

North Point Mall? From E. Cobb, take 120 out to Hwy 9 (Alpharetta Hwy). I know the guys at the E. Cobb store too, I can call over there if you need someone closer to home. Don't remember any garages with real good reps out there though.

The guys at the Goodyear store on Roswell Rd @ Mount Vernon are pretty cool. The guy there just sold his Camaro and the mechanic is one of those wisened, older guys with bifocals mid-way down his nose and explains things to you like he's seen it all. I'll call that a good sign. Also, they charged my R-12 AC system (works like new!) and have already estimated my heater core replacement. Being that it's halfway between work and home makes it right near perfect.
Thanks all!
