That is brash to say the least (nothing wrong with confidence however) you might want to check the site for other members in C Fl that are running big blocks and/or turbo/superchargers before going too far into the "I tripple dog dare you" phase. You're faster than my thirdgen, but I would put my 2000 up against you any day of the week. I'll be at BMP on the 14th for a private track rental. After that, I can make to OSW whenever.

I honestly think I have potentially one of the faster street driven thirdgens around CF. just because it isnt a bbc or s/c or some turbo doesnt mean jack. very strong running motor and lots of spray with how my car is setup is a good setup.

let me know man. I really jus wanna get some runs in and enjoy my car.

I will run you motor for motor at Orlando speed way next month my car has a small block with 93 oct gas.

 

I am new in Central Florida, and I claim to have the fastest small block TPI-type 3rd gen F-body. Who wants to race me? How about Wednesday evening Jan. 21st at Orlando Speedway? (and I am talking about NA and streetable)

I wouldn't mind coming up there to hang around and maybe make a pass or two on a run-what-you-brung test day to see what numbers I could actually get. but thats out of the question for me right now.

didnt get a clean nitrous pass but best was 11.1 letting off somewhere round the 1000.

freaking fuel solenoid came off but im just glad i didnt blow the motor lol

I'll be there the 11th, can't swing the 21st with work. I should be there the 23rd with the 91' if everything works out. I expect it to go 13.30's... maybe a little quicker. Can't ask for too much out of a stock L98 with a stall and bolt ons.

 

I have a issue with the engine stumbling while cruising. However, I expect to make it to Orlando Speedway on the 11th and the 21st. For Sunday, they said the gates open at 10:00am.

lol 150. i want 10.60's as i sit. yours and my build have been really close. lol

im getting a rear end son so ill be spraying out the hole.

also i will be getting a turbo 350. who knows.

 

jeez 10.60's on motor is a tough job with a 383 unless you run a solid roller i'd say. You'll want to turn some rpm, but with a TH350, good gear, good converter and lighter weight and crazy good air conditions you may beable to do it, atleast high 10's. I went 11.47 on motor with a so so 60 foot and hot air with nitrous gearing. Probly 11.30's for sure with proper launch and cooler air with proper on motor gearing. who knows i'll never find out
