Grand Rod Run

Re: Grand Rod Run
Not many thirdgens at the Grand Rod Run... Lot's of nice 2nd gen Camaros both inside the rod run and along the strip. Inside of the convention center, we saw one 68 or 69 Z-28 with factory 302 fourspeed, orange/white in number one condition.
The actual event, held at the Grand Hotel, Pegion Forge, is kind of small. The parking sucks! If you ever go, and want to do the swap meet, then pay your ten bucks and go in. Lots of vendors.
If just you want to look at cars, and don't want to spend the ten bucks, the strip is loaded with all kinds of vintage cars and street rods, costs nothing, and runs 3 miles each direction. There are several malls where you can park without fear of being towed. The event is held in the spring and fall. Charles
