Car: 1992 Chevy Camaro RS
Engine: 305 TBI
Transmission: T-56
Any good engine rebuilders in Carrollton area?
Im trying to decide between a new 350 or 383 crate engine...or a rebuilt 355 or 383 crate engine with forged parts......I would like to get warranty and price info from some GOOD shops in the area that can do the machining, building, and balancing process....anyone have any suggestions? Do most places provide a 1 yr warranty?? If not..I will definetly go with a new crate engine...if so...I will probably go with a rebuild if the price is less (which more than likely it will be...I will buy all new forged parts and have them put it in) Thanks for the info....I will probably have the new engine in at the end of this yr or the beginning of 2002....looking at 400+ HP....runnings 12s in the quarter.
