Low mileage waiver in TX - Harris county
Anyone ever get one of these? Do they actually give them out and are they butts about it?
I failed the first yesterday and fully expect to fail the second. My car runs perfect and don't want to spend too much chasing nothing.

I may give it a try if it does not pass the second time. It runs too good to spend money for nothing. All of my emissions parts are hooked up on the car and I assume working.
But the other option is to just get a regular waiver after spending x amount of money. So I have both avenues to go down. I should be able to get a waiver.
