DFW Engine Builders

DFW Engine Builders
I am looking to have my engine rebuilt. I have searched the threads and talked to a few of the builders mentioned, but other than a "these guys are pretty good" there is not real info about them here in the threads. Has anyone used either Jim Anderson from Xtreme Engines in Lewisville, or A1 Remanufactured Motors in Arlington.
Also does anyone have any experience with their R&R guys, Roy Smith in Fort Worth, or Richard Bowery in Lewisville? I just don't have the time or equipment to do it myself.

Re: DFW Engine Builders
Those engines from Blaines and City are making me think real hard about going ahead and replacing my 305 with a 350 and setting my old block aside. Ultimately I want an original car, but for now, it sure would be nice to get that extra umph! Thanks CruZin

Just remember you will have a core charge if you do not have a usable block to exchange.
