North Texas Fbody Announces Spring Gtg 4/10/05!!!!
NORTH TEXAS FBODY ANNOUNCES SPRING GTG 4/10/05 @ HULEN HOOTERS!!!!
Heeeeeeeere it is!!! The long-awaited 2nd North Texas Fbody GTG will be held on Sunday, April 10, 2005 at:
Hooters (Ft. Worth/Hulen)
5350 SW Blvd.
Ft. Worth, TX 76109

12:00 p.m. - ??? (schedule of events to be determined)
Walker Racing, the Senior Division of North Texas Fbodys, along with Gasoline Alley Car Shows, is sponsoring a 12-class (approx), all-fbody show with 60 gorgeous trophies to be given away!!!!! A $10 dollar registration fee gets you entry into the show, a dash plaque to the first 100 registered, an AWESOME goodie bag (wayyyy better than cytruffle's previous attempt....lol), another poster for your wall, and a hella fun day with cool friends, hot cars, & the legendary Hooters girls!!
Special guest is Scott (the Fbodfather) Settlemire, former Camaro Brand Manager, now Manager, Chevrolet Shows & Exhibits........coming here from Detroit for the Dallas Auto Show........and for us!!!!
There will be PLENTY of parking, a beer garden, and even room for vendors/sponsors to set up!!!!!

This will be a one of the hugest events this year. Last year there were over 200 fbodies that entered. If anyone is coming from a different part of the state bring the other local fbodies with you.

Engine: lt1 intaked 355 makin 277 on 25 psi of fuel pressure and stock timing :)
Transmission: A4 stock... that moved a mobile dyno a foot shifting into 2nd :)

I've even been pimpin this to the fbodys in the school parking lot!!! ....found a nice 3rd gen today & gave him a flyer.....poor kid had that "deer in the headlights" look when Miss Counselor walked over to him to tell him about the show........lol

ok somebody asked me how many of each gens we have preregistered so far, so here it is:
as of 3/14/05
4th gens - 106
3rd gens - 17
2nd gens - 9
1st gens - 2 (however, North Tx Camaro Club is using the 4/10 GTG as their rally point for April, so we'll probly get more......they just haven't preregistered)
that's a total of 134 so far!!!
....let's get some more 3rd gens out!!!!
