Screw that man. Those things had a 6.5 sec 0-60 STOCK. Just slap a turbo or two on it and you'll be cruzin'.

Re: The Forza 4 picture thread.
It will all depend on how one wants to build the car, what class its being built for, and your driving style. My cars aren't built for beginners in the game. Most of my friends simply cannot drive them because there is no winning NOS button ala Fast and Furious. To win with any of the cars I've built you have to be perfect on corner entry and exit because you won't win on top speed, other cars are as fast if not slightly faster in the straights.

Well my FM4 money was taken when I had to go out and buy a new battery, but we'll see. 6.0 V8 N/A vs. 2.8 Twin Turbo? Your on. Eventually...

Re: The Forza 4 picture thread.
I need to put forth another effort though, my #14 has fallen to #41. I'll have to bring some A game to get back near the top ten for the 'Ring. Then again, I don't use any assists, so that time is comparatively faster. I foresee at least 12 laps around the ring in the future to improve on my 6:50 time.

Re: The Forza 4 picture thread.
I'm going on the fact that I'll probably weigh less, giving me an advantage in the corners. Should we keep stock bore? 6.0 vs 2.8 as aposed to 6.3 vs 3.1?

Bring it on. #14 on the 'Ring isn't bang up time.

Re: The Forza 4 picture thread.
I've owned a Fiero GT and there isn't much good to say about it outside of looks. I'm sure the game version will make it better than it really is, didn't handle too good, brakes are horrible and no power. Traded for an 89 Mustang GT and couldn't be happier. It is cool they added it though, just another reason Forza is better than the rest

Re: The Forza 4 picture thread.
Built an A Class Fiero after I got home from work, but had to help a friend. When I got home last night MS did a major Xbox 360 update and XBL went down afterwards.
Fail.
The GXP engine hardly seems to make that fiero move as well as it could. I turboed the stock 6 with and did most of the other upgrades after Full weight loss, Slicks, and setting up the front and rear tires to use the same sizes. I found that gave much better turn in.
Its only about 315hp or so right now.

Re: The Forza 4 picture thread.
Anyone else also notice that the front end of the fiero seems to judder quite a bit going into corners? Instead of sliding it starts to hop. It seems worse than other cars that have done it.
Perhaps its just because its such a short wheelbase car with nearly 60% of the weight over the rear axle. I've tuned it out before, just will have to spend some time on it. getting rid of the staggered tire size helped it alot though in my 5 minute tuning session.

Re: The Forza 4 picture thread.
A 1986 GT with the 4-speed manual, they came out with the 5-speed later that year. This is why research is so important when buying a car. The 88 is the best year because it finally got a specific suspension, then again the last year model is always the best to get. The 87 & 88's are also pretty hard to find. Then it caught fire one night while I was at work...... Na, just kidding LMAO!! Just traded the Mustang for a 1990 300ZX TT, not a bad way to spend $1000!!

On forza 4, the camaros tail lights look like they have a colored clear lense on them. Any idea if they really make those lenses?? Or a way to make it?!??

Re: The Forza 4 picture thread.
I guess we aren't as popular as the Civic guys.
Personally, I wish they'd put the 89 TTA in there instead of an 87 GTA. I wouldn't be upset with the 91,92 Firehawk though.
Their weight for the IROC seems off by about 200lbs. A fully loaded GTA weighs in a 3476lbs with all of the options, so how is the IROC 3600 and change? Did the guy have a stereo system in there?

Re: The Forza 4 picture thread.
Any opinions on the best class for 3rd gens? I know the bogus weight stops the Camaro from being a C-B class bruiser, but it still gets the job done. A class seems to be the best for my set-up and driving style, I really haven't even tried it in the S class. That's with no aids other than no manual clutch (manual shifting on though). I think it would be a handful in S considering the extra power needed to keep up with the other cars which means traction control would probably have to come on. Race weight reduction, race transmission, LS swap, race bore (6.0 LSx hehehe and near 50/50 weight balance), race tires and all the other small stuff make for a great A class car! Also, any tips on controlling oversteer? The only thing I've come up with is to take grip away from the front wheels and that's by reducing the front tire tread by 2 sizes. Now that I think about it, maybe the drag tires would be just as good and save lots of PI points in the process, it would more than likely do more harm than good. I hate how you can't select what grade tire to use on each end of the car, seems kind of dumb to me.
