front coilovers?
Have an opportunity to get some Qa1 coil over for the front for cheap. The aluminum strut mounts are worth the cost. Any pitfalls I should look out for?
200/10 springs, adj. KYB struts come with them
Tire clearance issues? running 275/17 with 2" spacers on C5 brake upgrade now
Thanks

with a 17 you mights have wheel clearance issues but hard to say till you try.. you need to make sure you rget a upper strut mount with a unibal for it to last and work smoothly

Re: front coilovers?
Update - Went ahead and picked these up. It was too good of a deal to pass up. Came with lots of other small stuff. Original owner was drag racing with them and was trying to lose weight up front. Hence the 200# springs
Quick trial installed, learned a couple of things
They will rub on a 275 wide tire, especially with any kind of tire flex in hard cornering
You cannot get more than 1 deg of neg camber because the coil over eats up another 1" of space in the strut mount
Bummer This is a track car and we need every deg of neg. camber we can get
We are always attracted by shiny things!

Re: front coilovers?
With a 17 it will have clearance issues. With an 18 and the right off set it works well wil a 275. I’m currently on 275 r888 on coilovers . I also am at 1.5 beg camber, 9 degrees of caster
