Re: Parking Lot Paparazzi
Saw a few thirdgens recently. There is a blue Camaro that I've seen a few times over on the Port Hueneme Naval Base. I was able to get a few pics of a couple others that I saw.
This one was at the Ralph's in Camarillo on Las Posas & Poderosa. Briefly talked to the guy who owns it (he works there). He said it was an '89.
This one was parked in Thousand Oaks near the movie theater on Westlake & Thousand Oaks blvd.

The interior was in pretty nice condition as well. No cracks in the dashpad and the seats weren't worn out.

The fact that the owner still uses the club, shows he truly cares for it lol

Why do you feel the need to blur/white out the license plate for someone you don't even know, yet not blur out the Chevy in front of the Camaro?? Just seems funny to me.

Pulled into the development and this sports coupe is just sitting there. Farther up the block I see three people flailing their arms at me as they saw my trans am from the street. 3 air Force service members on their way back from rachet Friday at englishtown when the alternator went. Had the privilege to take them back to McGuire air Force Base tonight

Re: Parking Lot Paparazzi
Locked it up and just about caused a pile up when I spotted this 91-92 sitting in front of a shop. Little scabby underneath, interior is tired beechwood leather, and who knows what they're doing to the motor. First other green one I've come across in person, and of course it's right after I sell mine.

Re: Parking Lot Paparazzi
BUT, I almost never see a 3rd gen on the road. In fact, I really couldn't tell you the last time I've seen another one on the road. There is a Camaro, kind of a perfect stereotype, sitting in front of a trailer home, but I've never seen it move. (I do see a handful of 4th gen cars around.) Just about every time I'm driving my GTA, I'll get admiring looks, thumbs up, horn greetings. It's pretty cool and I like having a car that stands out.
I know that 3rd gens really aren't rare. Go out to eBay or an old car buying site, and you can find a lot of nice ones. But they are getting pretty old.
Does anyone see many 3rd gens outside of a car show these days?

Re: Parking Lot Paparazzi
Man I don't even hardly see them at shows. Some shows I go to will have 250+ cars and I will be the only Thirdgen. If I do see another they are usually not in great shape. I know of 2-3 nice ones here in my hometown. Maybe that many broken down behind someones house.
