15" Two-Stripe IROC Wheels/9 bolt rear disc?
All;
I may have found a 9-bolt 3.45 rear for my '88 IROC for my T56 swap.
Now, It's pretty obvious that the factory 16" IROC wheels will clear a 9-bolt rear disc setup, but my car has the optional 15" IROC wheels. Will the stock 9-bolt discs clear my wheels, or do I need to look at getting the 16" factory wheel?
I want to keep the stock wheel/appearance.

You have the standard wheels as in that year 16's would have been optional. . The "IROC" sticker is in the right place on your door, but it moved due to the side skirts changing from "Z28" to "IROC-Z". Have the skirts been changed on your car?
My 86 Trans Am had the 9 bolt 4 wheel disc set up with factory 15" Wheels, not the cross lace 16's. I am not certain if anything changed between 86-88 as far as rotor or caliper size. If you can verify they are the same part numbers, they fit under 15's.

The previous owner repainted the car. According to the RPO sticker, my car was originally black, then red. The previous owner went to a lot of trouble painting the car, it’s obvious the interior was disassembled, and the door jambs painted...even the engine compartment was taken apart, and the entire engine compartment painted body color, except for the crossmember, which was painted black.
The IROC-Z stickers that belonged on the ground effects were incorrectly replaced with Z/28 stickers. I replaced the Z/28 callout on the rear bumper with the proper IROC-Z callout, but preferred the Z/28 callout on the sides, even though they are only correct through 1987.
