New quickfuel brawler 950 race carburator
I recently got one of these quickfuel. Qfp is owned by holley and holley also owns proform so you'll see a resemblance between those race carbs of the different brands.
Instantly out of the box the carb started up this 509bbc easy. I didnt have to change a thing except idle speed to get it to run 14-15afr idle which is great on any carb with a mild cam. Not sure yet on wot tuning and will update this upcoming Sunday when I finally race this motor.
For under 600 bucks for a dedicated race style carb I was hessentent but so far I'm very happy with the tunability and the out of box performance of this carb.
I'll be sure to update this when I get to make some wot pulls.

Link of my 509 with the fresh out if box carb. Great idle and response.
