I really enjoy it. Got a great group of friends and we go to a lot of shows and cruise ins together. Got one Thursday if I can sneak away from work early. I'm glad my wife found this lil gem she is shaping up a lil at a time. Maybe by spring it will have 350 cubic inches pushing it along.

Crusin’ The Tree Danvers
Really good cruise night north of Boston. High quality cars and LOTS of them..
Wednesdays 4-9pm (of course most of the 50s, 60s and 70s cars leave by 7:30)
Had to have been 200 cars.. beautiful night! Found a 2014 Camaro SS 1LE to park next to. Super nice guy keeping it all factory stock which is nice to hear! I don’t know why people need to tune those cars with over 400hp!
We’re trying to get the Camaros to park together since there’s a huge row of Mustangs that always take a big section..
Great night and great cars. Still the only third gen, so the IROC gets a lot of love.. even from the Mustang guys..

Thanks! Always loved looking at a TPI.. it’s a shame the new ones are all plastic covers..
I met a guy with a White GTA (he didn’t bring it). But wanted to hear my exhaust since he was considering getting a Magnaflow.. the guy with the 2014 Camaro thought it was awesome to see my throttle cable move when revving the motor.. ha ha.. it’s the little things..

Re: Post 1 Pic Actually At A Car Show Event
Went to the Carriagetown Car Show in Amesbury over the weekend.. I saw some amazing cars and picked a lot of the winners out of hundreds of cars. Only 15 trophies. All of the winners were 67 and under but to be fair there were mostly cars worth over $200k that won.
My favorite of the show was the only car newer than 67 to win. 1978 Trans Am with LSX and total resto-mod.. 2017 Camaro seats with the firebird stitched in, Bluetooth and nav but not visable.. everything looked like stock showroom ‘78 for the most part.. It was a brand new high performance car in a barn find 78 body.. it was so well done you had to see in person.. The guy who built it is a veteran and said the build will be on “Trans Am” on the Discovery channel on Sept 11.
The IROC had a good show with spectators! If it wasn’t so hot it would have been a much more enjoyable show.. I don’t think I made it through all the parking lots..

Car show yesterday in Gowrie, IA. It was so hot....just miserable. Then to make matters worse, i got caught in rain on the way home...NOT HAPPY. For whatever reason, my hood blackouts look all weird in this pic.....they are just the factory ones...its just a weird reflection

Thanks guys! It was probably 95* when that pic was taken last Sunday at ThirdGen Expo. But I was happy the rain held off until after the event.

Seacoast Cars and Coffee
Seemed like there was 500-1000 cars of every variety from rare collectible classic to exotic to 80s/90s nostalgia to modern muscle to jacked up trucks and rat rods
It’s the first Sunday every month at Fox Run Mall Newington, NH (50-60 min north of Boston)
Filled about 5 Home Depot parking lots with cars.. free coffee, merch, dealers bringing cars for sale on display... insanity
Met some nice 5th gen people but I was the ONLY 3rd gen out of 1000 cars! We need more representation!

Tried buying the black 92 Z28 but he wanted to trade not sell. If it weren't for the red interior and lack of t-tops i might have considered. Very nice 350 car. Id have changed those LEDs out though.

Barely got mine out before water got in the doors. My friend Fox-Body actually got water in the floorboard before she moved it to higher ground. Flash floods are a bi%ch!

YIKES! Glad you got that awesome T/A to safety in time! A guy from my area wasn't so lucky a couple weeks ago....he took his '68 Camaro to Good Guys in Des Moines, IA and ended up staying at his daughter's place in town so he could get the Camaro to the safety of her garage. Didn't pan out so well...........
