89 305 tpi motor ned help identifying missing parts
So I bought the 89 305 Camaro it was my project car stored away seem to be in running shape but it's running kind of rough now set for a lot of years previous owner ditched some project with this and I'm noticing missing parts they may be critical to the way it runs need help identifying what's going on here I think EGR setup must be missing there is a hose that comes off a canister that kind of blows out exhaust fumes and is a couple intake ports that are left open but they don't pull any vacuum I did a cigar vacuum test through the brake booster line there's nothing coming out of anywhere

Looks like the trans dipstick is a foreign occupier. The tube comes wayyyy too far forward. Probably has something to do with why the tube from the cat is shoved out of position. Assuming the pump is there, and isn't seized up, I'd probably just reconnect it.
The port under the throttlebody is part of the cooling circuit. Warm coolant comes out the lower intake, to the front of the TB, then out the side of the TB to the bypass valve. Looks like someone bypassed the TB. Common mod to keep intake air temps lower for performance. Also looks like the AC wiring is hanging out ziptied.
