Need help identifyiing connector on 1987 IROC
I cleaned up my wiring harness from the previous owner, and tried to carefully keep track of wire connectors with labeling. However, I can't identify one last connector. Has two wires, solid black and pink with black stripe. Plugs in somewhere behind the intake manifold.

I think it goes to the EGR valve under upper intake manifold plenum.

Maybe... Many 87's have a weatherpack like that which doesn't go to anything. Mine does, I asked about it 20 years ago and several other people had the same plug on their 87s. I've been through every diagram for 87 and still haven't found anyplace it should be connected.

I looked at the EGR carefully, when re-doing the wiring. Mine had tan wire and a black wire going to it and it's currently plugged into the EGR solenoid.

As far as I can tell it doesn't connect any where. Looked at a lot of diagrams.
