The block number behind the drivers side head will tell you if it’s a 305 or 350.

How do you know it's a 350? It looks identical to a 305 when looking at it like that.
Normally the suffix code can tell what block it is however your CMJ can be a 305 or a 350.
In 1980, it was a 305. In 1974, it was a 350 police special rated at 160hp. In 1975 it was a federal rated 145hp.
You're going to need to get a casting number off the block to better pinpoint it's origin. What it originally was doesn't mean a whole lot.
15R525848 = Last part of VIN from original vehicle.
T0122 = Tonawanda engine plant January 22.
