1991 Z28 hardtop and 91 RS T-top for sale
1991 Camaro Z28 hardtop... and 1991 t-top RS with HT383HT1 gm crate motor.
Lots of time and money invested in both cars. Bought a vette and don't drive anymore and hate to see the Z just sit. Too much invested to let it waste away. The RS has been sitting for awhile.
Lets start with the Z...Stock drivetrain, 5.7 TPI, auto.
Mods...
-Professional Stock color Blue paint job, about 3 year old, cost over $6300.00.
-Big Brake Upgrade Kit front, Brembo with Chevy calipers and stainless steel lines.
-Afermarket UMI rear lower control arms, relocation brackets and panhard bar, solid stuff, set up for Autocross, so rough ride, its solid.
-Cervini Cowl induction hood, if you know these hoods, you know they are top notch.
-Yukon limited slip rearend, professionally installed.
-Corvette C6 (aftermarket) 18" wheels with sticky tires (Fronts, 285/30 18 Potenza RE71R, Rear, Falken Azenis 315/30 18, like brand new! very few miles!). Took alot of research (on this forum) to find the right sizes. 2 inch adapters front and back, rolled fenders.
-Eiback lowering springs.
-new gas tank
-new lenses all around
-stock grey leather interior, new headliner (already fallen after one month, material is still good, can be fixed easily without that mess)
-aftermarket driver seat installed for autocross.
-del a lum front suspension bushings (the car rides very solid)
Awhole lot of car, whoever buys this is stealing it.
On to the 91 RS, owned this car forever, very rough but so much money has been spent on it.
Could be a modern day rat rod, several different colors.
harwood cowl, the 91 Z28 hatch is on it (liked the look of the RS low profile wing on the 91 Z)
The thing about the RS is the HT 383 HT1 GM crate motor I bought and installed behind the T5 stick, went through many T5 transmissions, they cant hold the torque. Duh, I could swap them out pretty fast and dealt with it.
Headman long tubes, duel 3 inch into single 3", dumped into duals.
Stock 91 Z wheels (from the first car mentioned)
Spent over a thousand dollars getting fuel to the motor way back.
750 mech, Demon carb
Vortech heads with screw in studs, roller rockers, 4340 forged steel crank, etc.
This car put down 415.9 ft/lbs of torque and 346.4 HP to the tire in 2005, dyno in hand. Man sounds like nothing compared to performance cars today but still alot of fun.
This car does not run right now, stripped distriber gear discovered last year.
Oh yeah, almost forgot about the electric exhaust cutouts. cool feature, drowns out Harleys, very loud and the best lumpy exhaust sound for a street car (Comp cam, 110 lobe sep). I use to drive this car all over the south while working on the road, kept up with a C6 Z06, I couldn't pass him, but he could not pull away. Pretty cool for a very rough third gen.
I will take $10K for both, lots of reciepts in hand, seriously been more than $50k invested in both cars through the years. they need a new home and your are getting a great deal at $10K, I hate to see all this time and money just sit and be wasted, someone can have alot of fun and enjoy these cars at my lose. Good luck.

Forgot to mention, I scrapped the front end and cracked the paint on the front valance and also cracked the paint on the back bumper too. rest of it is practically perfect. New emblems too. Just want to be upfront.
Lots of receipts for both cars too.
Thanks for looking.

More photos, forgot to mention some other things with the Z. Koni Yellows front and back adjustable, new dash, hatch mechanism still works, show quality paint (paid extra for that) working on a live video for a bit more clarity. i will work on the RS with photos and video in the next day or two. not much to get it going, so I will do it to show the real value. thanks for considering.

Notice the back carpet is not in place as it should be, someone cut the access to the gas tank and did a very poor job. I put new gas tank in and utilized the access for fuel pump, etc

ok, here's some pics of the rat rod (91 RS T-Top 5 speed). HT383 GM crate motor, rebuilt with bigger cam and modeled after Chevy High Performances Twister project. Ill try and find the link. I've owned this car forever. so much fun. Time to bring it back to live. Will replace the distributor gear and post video soon of it running.

Re: 1991 Z28 hardtop and 91 RS T-top for sale, NEW PRICE, $9K for both
These cars are needing a new home, I have enjoyed and would like to pass on the savings but the price is starting to get too low for me to let go.
Lets try $9K for both. At this price, don't wont to separate. If I have to separate, I will take $7500.00 for the Blue Hard top and $2500.00 for the Rat Rod.
Located close to Chattanooga TN.

That's a good deal. Move the drive train from the rough one into the blue one and dang...

Re: 1991 Z28 hardtop and 91 RS T-top for sale
That was the original plan, but the blue one ran too good to take apart. Fuel injected, starts every time, no tinkering, don't smell like gas, just a really good driver that is still a lot of fun. Now that I'm older, those things meant more to me the all out power. Never thought I would get here.
Thanks for the comment.

Replaced the distributor gear in the black one and its back alive and running. Needs a tune but runs good enough to test drive and know its power. $3500 OBO on the RS.

Update, Blue one is sold, good luck to the buyer.
Black one is still up for sale. Tons of receipts for this car also.
