Door panel top trim speed nuts

I did a search but nothing came up - does anyone know the size or the part number of the inverted speed nuts used to attach the cardboard door panel to the black plastic top trim piece?

Thanks in advance

On my 84 the washers were slipped over the plastic studs and then the plastic stud ends are melted down to secure them and hold the door panel and top trim together as one piece. Both doors are done this way and appear to be factory.

GM considers the panel and trim as one piece. The nuts don't have a part number in the door panel diagram. Auveco most likely carries something close if not the exact piece. My personal preference would be to obtain them from a donor car.

Choose wisely. Measure originals, pay attention to finish, you don't want the ones with sealer, etc...

That's all they are you just flip them over and use a allen bit with a hole inside it. Snap-On part #'s S9614 is 5/16" and S6103 is 3/8". They are pricey!
