Accidentally downshifted 700r4 in 1st and overreved
Hello guys
I was manual shifting my trans am and I accidentally downshifted to 1st when speeding
It overreved a 5000 rpm and soon after I put it back to 2nd
Flud is red still and drives fine
Could I ruined or worn something?

If its not leaking, and its not overheating, and it is shifting normally, you didn't break it.
Hard shifts cause more wear than easy shifts.
No matter how you drive your car, you will eventually break something, or you will simply wear it out.
I get it that the bad shift caused you a lot of anxiety. That's normal. Machines don't have emotions. You hurt your feelings when you goofed. You didn't hurt the car's feelings.
Drive it like you stole it. If you don't, then somebody else will.

There are lots of thirdgens over here because of knight rider but few people can service them well
They react like "oh my god that car is beautiful"

I remember doing that going around a curve the 2nd week I owned my 85. Did a 180. Not fun.
