4th Gen wheels on 3rd Gen

I have a 1987 camaro iroc. I have a set of 1993 camaro rims with like new tires on them. Will they match right up or do I need any spacers? And if I do anyone know what size?

Thanks
Reno

You need spacers. 2 1/4 fronts 1 1/4 rears

Pretty certain that you will need 2" spacers front and rear.

That is what I have run in the past. 2.25" will work too, but the tires *might* rub at full lock.

1.25" is not enough for the rear.

He's putting 16x8 wheels on so this is the correct size spacer. If they were 17x 9 he would need thicker ones. Don't confuse the new guy.

I appreciate it. So with the 16 inch rims what you said before 2.25 in the front and 1.25 in the rear will work fine?

Thanks again.

He's not looking to purchase wheels as he already has some. And your price seems really high.

Re: 4th Gen wheels on 3rd Gen

not to hijack anything but about a month ago I saw these 35th anniversary wheels at the local pick-and-pull for $35.00 each. I didn't buy them, wasn't even sure what they were until I saw these pictures.
