Car: I drive trans am. Duh
Engine: Yes, I have one in the trans am
Transmission: I have one of those too In trans am
Axle/Gears: In the rear of trans am
Vats problems and a plug missing a relay

okay. So a buddy picked up a 90 Camaro The old owners I lost the key replace the steering column but didn't fix the vats. They just twisted the wire together. I have now through all the combos and cannot get it to run with resistors and I'm on my second trial. Also there's a plug here that is missing it relay what is it for?

At first I was questioning the two different color wires going to your VATS , but a quick look at the wiring diagram shows that you are indeed on the VATS wires . So now I gotta ask , why two resistors in series ? You should be able to find resistors of the proper ohm rating in any electronics supply store so that you won't have to series a couple of them like that .....
