Axle Bearing Seat accidentally Ruined

Transmission: TH700R4 Stock
Axle/Gears: 3.08 LSD
Axle Bearing Seat accidentally Ruined
Hello guys
I ruined the axle bearing seat.
Can I still press the bearing and seal with no issues?

Transmission: 700R4 3000 stall.
Axle/Gears: 9 Bolt Torsen 3.70

What type of bearing goes in the pocket? Is this a tapered roller cup or a caged roller bearing? Can you take a pic of the axle and bearing also? I'm not quite sure of the orientation of things....

It's a caged roller bearing (10 bolt axle wheel bearing)

Yes make sure there is no high spots and it should be fine.
