Life has been hectic right now. Work has been insane but without it i wouldn't get to buy all the fancy stuff I have on this car now. I love my job and its definitely a blessing. 4 years of school down, one year to go and ill have a United Association Pipe-fitter/Welder Journeyman's card finally.
Good going kiddo, proud of ya...
I remember when my buddy Dan got his Journeyman's card as an electrician back in the day just before the WTC towers came down, he was so psyched. Time freaking flies.

Thanks. It means a lot. Hard work definitely pays off.
Time does fly. I remember the wtc coming down. I was in the 11th grade. I remember the class I was in the time... I remember getting gas in my 1991 gt Fox body. I had to get 93 because the rest of the octane were out of gas already because of the panic. And that was only at 3 in the afternoon...
keep up the hard work. I believe I was in like 7th grade, middle school for sure. middle of class when the plane hit. then the second. school closed early also. that was 16 years ago !
Haha, I'm not that much older than you Mark. But Cheerio though, he was still a baby when the WTC's came down. Had a job interview, right off of Chambers and West street was my stop that morning on 9/11 and then I was planning on walking, got the E train at the Port and it suddenly shut down on the way, we got out at Canal street and that is when I seen everyone looking up. Large gaping hole in the tower bursting with flames, nobody even mentioned a plane hit, they said it just blew up. City literally came to a stop, we finally got directed up Broadway after standing there for quite awhile expecting the fire units to put out the fire, and that is when someone yelled there are four more up there, made it about ten to fifteen blocks uptown, turned around, and watched the first tower come down. Shock is an understatement. Had an interview with Atlantic Bank of New York that morning in the WTC, I even have the visitors pass from the week before which I will never ever let go of. My wife, then my girlfriend was in tears until I called her because everything was shut down. I had a friend who was a security guard over in Apple Bank for Savings who let me in and allowed me to use the phone. Walked over the bridge to get to Queens, spent all day watching the news with my buddy Dan and his wife, then his girlfriend (same Dan who got his Journeyman's card). Bush announced it was all clear to head home, NYC transit was free all night long, went to the Port, no buses running, cop wanted me to see a Doctor because he claimed he seen some residue in my hair and clothes, I said no I am fine, walked to Penn Station, waited for the train, and on the way home everyone on the train stared at the smoke from the financial district as we made our way further into New Jersey. That's what happened to me guys, and that is the honest truth. Horrible day.

Dang rob. That's a intense story. Glad you made it ok bud. Yea im 32. I feel older some days.... But im glad that I was aware of that tragity and I wasn't any younger. I would have rather it never happen of course. What a terrible thing that happen to our country. But from that happening and myself being aware, it makes you much more grateful for our soldiers and the service they put in. We get our freedom at the ultimate price.
Hopefully getting about a 3 hr home time break this sunday. Going to be warm and sunny so im working on the ole camaro. I would love to have it ready to drive arround.
Well it's running and clean. Still lots of work to do somehow in 2 weeks or so. Needs tuned badly. Have to finish off the cage swing outs. More wiring, and my belt set up is a bit misaligned this time around so that needs work. I will say having a 5k converter in the car... you'd never know it. Drives around just as easy as the 3500 freak show I had before.
I know man, the hood definitely makes it resemble it more and more. I still remember watching his videos like 7 8 years ago, wishing that my car could be as fast as his. He was definitely the guy I looked up to and tried to copy when I first started turboing my car. Daves a good guy. I haven't see him on here in awhile though.....
Well I'm the cars running ok. The tunes way off but it runs and drives well. I had to add 20 percent fuel to my boosted cells. The converter is nice. Spools up faster but still drives around pretty normal considering it's a 5k converter. Looking good too!
yes I do between mauicamaro and Mark Eddington YouTube channels. I haven't made a race yet this year but this Sunday would be the first race I could possibly go to so if I do I will surely video it
