Ful Pump Primes w/ Hazard on - Voltmeter signal drop - Headlight Problems - Buzzer

Hello Guys
My 87 Trans Am got some problems:
When I start the car up it goes well and volts are more than 13 on the gauge.
When it goes in closed loop volts drop often from 13 to 11 and all the lights soften. Alternator is new.
When I turn on the hazard the fuel pump primes
When I turn the signals volts drop like crazy
I tore down the dash but all seems good
The convenience center's wires were cut so I welded them together.
My Buzzer no longer works. It makes beep only when I shut the car off with headlights on.
If I drive the car with cruise lights on the tail fuse blows after 10 minutes.
When I installed the ICM I used some silver based thermal compund (could it be a ground?)
I only found that fuel pump relay connector and maf burn off relay one is kinda blown and oxidized.
Tried an other battery but problem is still there.
The multimeter shows 15 volts on the battery. I atteched some pics and I found two connectors alone (maybe lockup on the brake switch?)

Help me please
