re: Ready for winther storage

Looks good!!! I would say to avoid it sitting abandoned all winter and to beat the winter blues upgrades/projects can put you back in the holiday spirit ....I'll probably find an excuse to upgrade or repair something when it starts snowing

re: Ready for winther storage

Still enjoying some fall colors and unseasonably warm weather, but I put my '88 Trans Am into hibernation this past Saturday. Here in Wisconsin we could have snow and much colder temps by Thanksgiving. Time to get out the snowmobiles for some winter fun!

re: Ready for winther storage

You should move to Southern California where you don't have to put your car in storage during the winter. Although we definitely need some rain.

Thanks! Yeah, it would be good to add some goodies over the Winter, but now it is packed away With a load of other cars at a Storage facility - so that's unfortunately not possible :/

Great looking cars, guys!
And Yeah, it would be great living in SoCal, but it is something about that anticipation of waiting for that time in the spring again when it is time for that first ride

Our weather is just getting cool enough to do some cruising. Too hot June-Sept.

Great looking car, Ken!

I totally agree about the anticipation in the spring. Always feels a bit like getting a new car when you get it out for the first time in Spring.

You must get a lot of looks with that IROC in Norway!

re: Ready for winther storage

It's 70 here today...a 1 day November fluke here in Michigan. But I intend to take full advantage of it as soon as I get home.

90 here yesterday. High 80s most days. Mid 60s at night.

Re: Ready for winther storage

I tried out the "Zaino" treatment as part of my winter prep. I've never used it before but I'll tell you right now that stuff lives up to the promise!

Took these pictures this morning and I kid you not that by the end of the day the car had been strafed by birds and was hit no less than 15 times while I was at work. And I'm talking big splash hits, not the little tiny white spot hits.

Let's show some love for the base model cars!

Re: Ready for winther storage

Glad to see you guys in the Midwest are taking advantage of the warm temps and still going strong here in November. Likewise 72 yesterday in Wisconsin.

Great looking car QwkTrip! The Zaino treatment really shows it off.
