You can do about anything you want with the front! This is an older pic of mine- I don't have any new painted and put together pics yet. You can do a tubular front bumper, cut the entire core support out and make your own. Move it as far forward or back as you want provided the hood still closes and the front rails are still held securely.

I looked at your thread. Very impressive. I like all of the work you've done. I will probably start cutting today. Although I wont go as deep into it as you have.

if your drop the rad like 1.5" and just trim the upper lip off the rad support you can push the rad toward the front pumper like 3" I think. Thats what I did with mine. But you will have to fab up a lower rad support for the drop. Much easier than fabbing the whole front end lol. You have to worry about hood latch placement/hood line. If you dont lower the rad height(or lower the rad) as you push it toward the front bumper it will be above the hood line. Try to keep the rad in the stockish area as you need enough room under the car for the "air dam" to do its job and allow enough space to for the air to circulate through.
