Joe, since I went the same route as you as far as the AFR210's and the OBX racer's header setup, which exhaust gaskets did you use that stood up to that cherry red header without leaking? Also can you give a part # for the (passenger side?) oil dipstick tube?

The flanges don't really get that hot, but my primaries have been glowing red more than once dialing in the tune.
The only problem I've had at all with these is the cheap clamps for the slip fitting. I ordered some sureseal wire clamps to see if that cures the leak.

I admire your fabrication skills, however I do not have the time/patience/equipment to make this from scratch. Does anyone sell one?

You should be able to use the original crossmember for the TH700. Check out this pic I got from Hawks. They sell the Stainless Works version of these knockoffs we have. I think Joe modified his for more ground clearance?

Re: cheap longtubes?
On my TH350, the BMR crossmember couldn't be used with them at all. I do have a stock TH350 crossmember, but I figured I might as well do a nice high tuck with the tubes so I built my own

Re: cheap longtubes?
I have the same OBX headers & Y pipe and had to slightly modify my cross-member. I cut reinforcement ribs that run along the bottom of it in the area of the Y pipe and added 1/8 x 1/2 stock along the top to make up for it. While I was at it I added a divorced torque arm mount. The T-5 will eventually get replaced and I will fab up something a bit more substantial and allow for more ground clearance; right now on my pro-kit springs and 265-35/18 tires (way shorter than stock) I have about 4-1/2" of clearance from the Y pipes to the ground. As you can see, the headers themselves are nicely tucked up out of harms way.

BTW, in case anyone here missed the post about these headers in the exhaust section, they're SUPER cheap now on ebay.
