Spotted this '92 RS near Corpus Christi Tx earlier this week.
And now Arnold is in on the Parking Lot Paparazzi action! Welcome to the head swiveling, neck bending, stranger following, creeper picture taking thread! Not a bad find there at all!

Here is what $2500 gets you in Denton, Maryland. This car has been for sale, in the same location, for over three years. Same note, same price. I'll pass.
I just spent 10days in mexico and I tried looking for any 3rd gens. The roads aren't really made for such low cars. I only saw two 4th gens (93-97, 1 camaro, 1 bird.)
That looks hideous. The guy obviously is a member here or read about the BMW headlight swap but his end product with the headlights looks bad and seriously out of place. And are those side mirrors from a fourth gen TA? Why? He took a car (91/92 Z) in good condition that most people would like and turned it into a red headed stepchild...
Saw this at a repair shop/ wholesaler friend of mine. He only wanted 600 bucks for it. It started up nice and was mostly unmolested. I think he said it was an 84 model. It was a 2.8 with 25x,xxx auto. Wished I could buy it.

What?????? C'mon Tibo........That's COTM material right there.........
Honestly, I know there are some out there but I never see them out. Lastnight saw a greyish IROC that sounded decent, couldn't get a pic fast enough for here. But the most pleasant part of seeing the car.... it was a younger driver. That is cool! Most of the younger guys now seem to be into the imports and such, they would like the newer muscle cars... but most young people can't afford even a used modern beast. So to see 3rd gens still get love with younger drivers is a positive thing. These cars will still roam the roads.

I've had mine since I was 16, it was my first car. I'm 20 now and the car along with this forum have taught me a lot about fixing and diagnosing cars. There's 3 or 4 other guys I went to high school with that have thirdgens as well. They appeal to the younger crowd since they're cheap to buy and fun to build and work on. They also are pretty much the last cars to have that older muscle car look.

Brings a tear to my eye... I'm grooming my 8 year old son to enjoy the third gen community as much as I do. He still refers to the IROC as "our" car! Lol
