turn signal flasher question
i'm trying to find my turn signal flasher.
i dont know the difference between my hazard and turn signal flasher
i only found one.
it has 2 connectors on it the plastic tab/s is red.
it is a round metal flasher.
it is on a U or C clip and attacthed by a pinching tab inside and above the ALDL connector.
is that the turn signal or hazard flasher? If not my turn signal than where else could it be?
also if i replace this flasher for one that can support leds will it messs up or support my rear taillight turn bulbs?
i'm only trying to replace my two front turn signals for LED since i just put blackouts on my 1986 trans am.

Re: turn signal flasher question
Yup, you found it. That's exactly what that is.
The hazard flasher is in the "convenience center" which is a bigger plastic housing with relays and flashers plugged into it, it resides to the right of the steering column, under the dash.
Hope this helps.
