Connection Timeout

Last few weeks, either browsing the forums or responding to a post, my connection times out. This is the only site this happens on as I have two or three sites open at the same time, and I have no issues on the other sites. Generally goes away after 5 or ten minutes, but quite annoying when trying to respond to a message.

Re: Connection Timeout

It is a confirmed issue and is scheduled to be resolved. Several, short-term, temporary fixes were attempted to help alleviate the issue but they didn't appear to have the most successful results as the issue is still intermittently present. With things such as the DDoS attack, and still having resources tied up there, the scheduling of fixing this issue had taken a slight backseat.

I know many have been patient with this intermittent issue and it can be annoying. It is known and confirmed issue and is scheduled to be fixed.

I'm sorry for the inconvenience, and I'll see if I can move this issue up to getting resolved.

Since this issue is a confirmed issue, affecting all (intermittently), there is not a lot of use in replying to this thread with any "me too". Therefore, I'm going to close the thread, but I will "sticky" it so that it remains visible until the issue is resolved.

Thanks.

Re: Connection Timeout

I think its time to move TGO to a new host, or atleast threaten too.
[The Planet] You gotta be paying a tidy bundle for space and its been to much and to long not to be resolved by now. Someone on the host end has to be stalling for time or hoping the problem fixes itself. And enough members saying they are gonna leave usually fixes that

I’m on my 3rd host cause of that.
As eventually they make enough money that they don't care enough anymore to be Johnny on the spot.
