Suggestions to keep home page current?
The thirdgen.org home page seems lacking in anything up to date. While the site itself is absolutely full of excellent stuff everywhere you turn, I think it would be great if we could keep the home page fresh.
From what I've read, Dirk, the owner of thirdgen.org is pretty busy with the typical family obligations, etc. Many of us, myself included, understand how that can be. And he already keeps this site up and running, which is a serious undertaking in and of itself.
So, is there a way that the task of daily or weekly updates to the home page could be delegated to someone like a senior administrator or moderator?
It would be great to have stuff like current events, regional meets, GM news, vendor news, and other related stuff in one central place where we could all get a glance at it when we first hit the site.
I know there are regional boards and the like, but sometimes it's nice to catch the headlines in one place.
Just a suggestion
