Who makes a sleeper NOS system for TPI?
I want it to be invisible. I have a locking rear compartment so I'm not worried about the bottle. Would it be possible to build my own system that ran a nozzle to the bottom of the plenum.? I'm only looking for a 100hp shot of giggles.

If you do a dual snorkle intake then its ez to hide the nozzle in the air tube. NX makes a TPS sensor that works like a WOT switch. Then all you have to do is cover the lines and hid the seonoids.

is this TPS switch you talk about something they just came out with? Ive got one of their distribution catalogs and the only switch they've got in it is the regular WOT switch. that'd be sweet to have a dual purpose TPS sensor. got any more info on it?

Under Manifold Cheater System Here's the perfect "stealth" nitrous system with all the advantages of direct port injection! Precisely measured amounts of fuel and nitrous are injected into each individual port with exclusive NOS space-saving jet spray nozzles for maximum adjustability and distribution. Power levels from 100-250 extra HP are available by changing individual jet spray nozzles for fuel and nitrous. With the under manifold system, all plumbing lines are out of sight. This system comes complete with jets for 150 HP, all necessary electrical/mounting hardware, along with detailed instructions. Note: Available for V6 applications, call technical department.Note: Have your manifold set up by the experts. Manifolds may be sent directly to NOS for custom plumbing.Part # Description
02620 Under manifold V8
02620-15 Under manifold V8, w/15lb bottle
02620-20 Under manifold V8, w/20lb bottle
An excellent way to get the performance benefits of nitrous while keeping it all a big secret!

From what I have gathered to have them do custom work.. you can say 300-400 dollars....then include the price of the kit on top of that as well...

That system above is nice. Very very well hidden.
But I'd rather let someone know than pay an extra 300-400 dollars.

I built a TPI manifold just like that one a few posts above...ALL those parts you can find at hardware stores.....I made the distribution block out of aluminum and used acid etching primer and then sprayed it black....pretty EZ to do once you get used to the plumbing tools (prcatice on junk metal first)....i kinda routed my plumbing a lil different but the idea is the same

Chevyboy, what did you use for the spray nozzles ? And did you by nitrous/fuel solenoids, or use something not specifically for nitrous systems? Where did you hide the solenoids at?

Are they able to pressure test that setup for leaks at NOS? Obviously it'd be a pain to watch the pressure drop once the whole thing was installed. And it'd be a bigger pain to launch a perfectly good intake setup through a perfectly good hood!

they can pressure it up using what is called "blank jets" or jets without holes and look for leaks. but anyone that is familiar and expirienced with stainless lines and AN fittings knows of thier leak free design. -Tom

That under intake system was about $700 at Summit last time I checked. I don't know how much they charge to install. I saw an ad for a TB unit that was setup for nitrous, I think it was by Holley, but I'm not sure. The nozzles were built into the TB. Just hook up your lines and go. Anyone else seen this? It might have been for an LT-1, since I was working on my buddy's 94 Trans Am GT at the time I saw it. Later.
