PAW.... what is Wrong with them?
What is so wrong with PAW??? Most dislike it... I know their customer service is not as great as summits.. but other reason?

their advertising is really poor. They appear like a generic JC whitney like company. The need color adds and an updated look.
But for me I don't use them because since I live in CA I would have to pay 8+% tax where if I use Summit it gets a here a day later and I don't have to pay tax. Plus summit has a catalog they send out everyother month and PAWs catalogs is like a phone book that they chrge you for. I was a loyal customer but when I placed my order one time I requested an updated catlog (mine was 2 yrs old) and they charged me for it.
Another time I ordered an engine and after three weeks I called and they said they didn't have a block in stock to make a short block. That pissed me off because they never told me about the wait.
