Nitrous Plates

OK, couple of questions on Nitrous Plates:

1) What is the diameter or the openings in most Nitrous Plate systems - 48mm or 52mm. And if it is 48, does anyone make a bigger plate if you upgrade to a bigger throttle body and say ported plenum or MiniRam II intake?

2) Has anyone used the TNT nitrous system with a car that has a shock tower brace and stock TPI setup? Just wondering if there are any clearance issues since the Nitrous nozzles stick through the plates from the top, unlike, say, an NOS plate that has a spray bar.
