Should of been after the Wastegates right? Not going to let much flex and move around in that short area as the WG will hold everything solid. That kinda sucks. I would just run it and change it later if you see issues.
Looks good tho. Never been a fan of the shinny/silver ceramic coating but thats just me. I plan to eventually get my LT SS headers coated, somewhat local guy did my BBF headers for less than $300 and they where massive.
BTW you can upload multiple photos (like 10) per post lol.

you planning to do anything with the exhaust or charge pipes given the proximity of the exhaust to the IC inlet and outlet pipes? I know it looks coated but maybe some kind of shield or wrap as alittle extra insurance?
what are the 2 drain fittings in the front crash bar for?

Funds have been tight lately so I've done a few things that didn't cost me much. I still need to figure out what I'm going to use for a coolant resivoir.
The alternator decided to let go,it's internals grenade as well.
I did install some braces to support the chin spoiler and also made 2 small braces for the turbos.
Hope to have it driving around soon though.

Looks great! Nice feeling to have them out early in the season. I have been testing/driving mine almost every day. Lovin it. Nothing like the boost rolling in and the tires breakin free!

Thanks. And yes I did not forget to install the air dam. I just have to install my horns and go get some seat time in it for tuning. I had it running today to go through the warmup enrichment and it never got over 160 once the fans came on.

May have to get a hobbs switch to turn the second pump on. I don't like having the pumps on at the same time.

Didn't look through the thread to remind myself of the fuel injectors you have. LS style injectors (newer style) actually flow better (have better control and flow patterns) at higher pressures. When I was ordering mine Bosch LS style 60lbs from FIC he said i could run them at 43psi but why... they flow much better at 58psi. Hes speaking of pattern and control. So I plan to run mine at 58psi and hope I have no leaks.
you can run higher pressures as long as the injectors inside magnets and still open and close at the pressures. And as long as you can keep up with the fuel pressure/flow issues that arrise when you crank up the pressure. Fuel pump needs to be adequate, as pressure increases the fuel volume/flow drops, so you need a larger volume/pressure pump when you start cranking things up to make sure the pump will keep up. Then of course you have fittings and lines that have to be up to the task of the higher pressure so you dont get leaks.
Its common to crank up the pressures to get alittle more out of them. I used to run my stock 350TPI injectors at 50ish psi to support supporting mods to the motor and it was fine. The higher pressures will give you alittle more flow rate and thus a greater margin before maxing out the injectors. I honestly think your 72lbs at 58psi will be enough to feed your motor and keep the DC below 80%. Even bumping the 43 ro 50psi will net you a decent increase in fuel flow.

You should be good then. A 340lph pump should support 700hp alone. Under Boost that might drop a bit so I think your good there.
ANother thing I forgot to mention is that the boost PSI will actually negatively affect your fuel pressure. so I hope your running a boost referenced regulator. If your running 14psi and your fuel pressure is 43psi then under full boost your only seeing 29psi fuel pressure. I'm sure you are running one but figured it would also help solidify that the fuel pressure should still be increased. ECM shouldnt care about fuel pressure... only cares there is enough otherwise the injectors dont work very well. As long as you compensate for the fuel injector flow rates due to higher pressures the inejctors will still fire as normal through the PCM. Good luck man!

Just installed a Hobbs switch for pump #2 as well as taking it for a drive running auto tune. Still need more seat time with the car. Spent a little time smoothing out my fuel table and readjusting my timing table. I'll load that in this weekend and go from there. Felt good to be driving to car again.

Haven't had much time lately. I did manage to drive it a couple times..I'm experiencing some waste gate fluttering in 3rd while the rpms climb if I'm rolling on the throttle ...not sure if that's normal or not. Also have to lean out the fuel table a little too

I just looked at your tables in the last post. Your timing looks really high!? 120-160kpa your at 24*. If your running anywhere as much boost as I think you are I would assume that's very high unless your yanking timing when it see's boost.
I'm at like 15* in the higher Kpa for total timing and I'm only going to be running 10-11psi. I will prob crank that up as I'm running water/meth and will see what it likes. I too have been trying to tune mine in park at the moment, light throttle 2000rpms in park I'm getting lots of air coming out of the BOV. It's loud but man does it sound wicked lol.

BY the time I got home last night and got a few things done I was able to go out for a little last night around 10;30 pm. Working with the fuel table and just taking my time tuning it. It is going to be a fun ride....

When I spoke with Matt at DiyAutotune he said sales have been way up.
The biggest problem with MS is the documentation is written by engineers and is not understood by "car people".
I can't tell you how many times I've had friends call me and ask to "Translate" something for them.
