Procharger Cold Air Intake
Thought I would post some pics. of my new setup. I did this a couple of months ago and finally got around to posting some pics for everyone. Got tired of pulling all that header heat into the compressor. Can't really say I've "noticed" a difference, but it would be easy to test my current setup compared to what I originally had, just had the air filter coming directly off the compressor. All a guy would need to do is just install some sensors before and after the compressor to measure the differences as some of you already have in the past.

Re: Procharger Cold Air Intake
It should be a great upgrade and noticable. My car picks up about 5mph when run in 45 degree weather vs 85 degree weather. My air intake is by a front headlight but I'd imagine you will see similar results unless your header heat tries to escape through the cowl..
Pretty sure I've asked before but...where's the meth kit?

On the meth kit I've considered it, but after talking to my procharger dealer he strongly recommmended staying away from it. The guy deals alot with turbo cars as well and has heard more horror stories than good ones.
Currently in the process of putting a turbo400 in the car with a transbrake and putting a strange S60 rear at the same time as well, so I'm really curious as to what the car will do this coming spring. I was hoping to make a pass on my old set up (700R4 and 10 bolt rear end) after making these changes but I blew the transmission up out on a country road a day before I was going to take it to the track.

Re: Procharger Cold Air Intake
I was running meth on my combo and loved it, never had to run race gas, but then again I was running 22lbs of boost. I always just filled up with 93.
